These conversion extractors will fit 1964 - 1973 Mustangs. On 1964 - 1966 Mustangs special attention must be paid to the engine bay, whether the towers have sagged close together, and back towards the frewall. Extra bracing (Export Brace & quality Monte Carlo bar) may be required. Minimum shock absorber bolt to shock absorber bolt measurement is 33.5"

Due to clearance issues, may not work on aftermarket cylinder heads. Recommended that the engine be centered between the sheet metal that extends down from the shock tower mounts on both sides of the engine as evenly as possible. The paint applied to these headers is a temporary coating only and is designed to burn off during use. High temperature paint or other high temperature coatings are recommended.
